Curry Crab

Wash the swimming crabs and cut into pieces

Add cooking wine, salt, cornstarch and marinate for 30 minutes

Heat the oil pan, the oil pan should be heated to 90% hot, add the crab

Fried crab

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add green onion and ginger until fragrant, then add water, then add curry
