Curry Crab

Wash three sea crabs.

Chop the crab into pieces, stick the dried starch and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot, add green onion and ginger to fragrant.

Pour in the crab pieces and stir fry.
5.
Add coconut milk and milk.
6.
After boiling, add curry and cook until thick.
Tips:
There are as many as 20 to 30 kinds of spices in curry, which has a strong irritating aroma. Patients with gastritis and ulcers eat less food, and should not be eaten during the period of illness.
