Curry Enoki Mushroom

Cut off the roots of Flammulina velutipes, wash and soak in cold water for 10 minutes.

Boil the enoki mushrooms in the pot and remove the water to drain.

Wash the onions and cut them into pieces.
4.
Pick up the frying pan and stir-fry the onion until fragrant.
5.
Stir fry with curry powder.
6.
Stir-fry enoki mushrooms.
7.
Stir-fry with salt.
8.
Stir-fry evenly before serving out of the pan.
Tips:
This dish mainly tastes curry, and it is not advisable to add a variety of condiments.
