Curry Fried Rice
1.
Cut the ham into cubes. The picture shows two flavored ham. Shrimp can also be used instead.
2.
Diced onion is a bit spicy. After you buy it, cut it in the refrigerator and use it the next day. It won’t be so spicy.
3.
Separate the coriander leaves and green onion leaves, and then sprinkle them when they are out of the pot.
4.
Prepare the block curry, slice it and stir-fry it more easily.
5.
Pour in onion and white onion, coriander stalks, and fry until fragrant; then pour in ham and stir fry.
6.
The best rice is cold rice, which is more fragrant when fried.
7.
Add the curry slices and stir fry until each grain of rice is evenly colored.
8.
Stir-fry the curry, sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander leaves after the color is even, and stir-fry twice to get out of the pot.
Tips:
The curry will taste better if you buy it in chunks. The curry itself has a taste, so there is no need to add salt to season it.
