Curry Fried Rice

Keep the leftover rice in the refrigerator overnight to make it firmer.

Frozen some seasonal vegetables, which are sold in supermarkets, boil in water and cook for 2 minutes to prevent them from becoming hard.

Beat one egg.

Heat up the oil in the pan and scoop out the scrambled eggs.
