Curry Fried Rice

1. Keep the leftover rice in the refrigerator overnight to make it firmer.

2. Frozen some seasonal vegetables, which are sold in supermarkets, boil in water and cook for 2 minutes to prevent them from becoming hard.

3. Beat one egg.

4. Heat up the oil in the pan and scoop out the scrambled eggs.

5. Add a little oil to the pan, add the white onions and sauté.

6. Pour in rice and stir fry.

7. Add eggs and seasonal vegetables, pour in curry powder, soy sauce, and salt and stir fry.

8. Until the curry was all fried, the aroma came out, and the son ate a big plate!
