Curry Fried Rice
1.
Prepare a large bowl of white rice.
2.
Wash all accessories and cut them well.
3.
Prepare 20 grams of curry. (The curry cubes that are not packed can also be replaced with the same amount of curry paste)
4.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and boil, and boil all the ingredients except the sausage.
5.
The hot-cooked auxiliary materials are filled up.
6.
Pour out the blanching water and put it on the stove again, add an appropriate amount of oil, and stir-fry the sausage to get the oil.
7.
Add white rice and stir fry.
8.
Add all accessories and stir fry.
9.
Add salt that suits your taste and stir-fry.
10.
Then add curry cubes and stir-fry.
11.
Stir-fry until the rice is colored and fragrant.
12.
Finished product. With a bowl of soup or fruit, it is suitable for breakfast and lunch.
Tips:
Because the curry itself has a salty taste, so the salt should be added appropriately, I just add half a spoonful of it.
Curry cubes are sold in supermarkets or grocery stores. There are 5 small pieces inside, but about 20 grams is enough to cut out a piece. Don't put too much.
