Curry Mashed Potatoes

Diced ham

Diced onion

Peel and slice potatoes into the pot and steam for 15 minutes until chopsticks penetrate easily

Take out the pressed mud

Add vegetable oil to the pot, add onions and ham and saute until fragrant

Put in curry cubes and add a small amount of water

After the curry is melted, add the mashed potatoes and stir well. When it is thicker, turn off the heat and serve on a plate. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
