Ingredients

Curry Mashed Potatoes

1. Cut the onion and ham into small cubes.

2. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.

3. Put two large bowls of water in the pot and boil, add the potatoes and cook until they are soft, so that the fork can be easily passed through.

4. Put a little oil in a pan, heat the oil, add onions and ham and stir fry until the onions become transparent.
