Curry Mixed Rice

Wash potatoes and carrots, peel and cut into pieces, and dice onions.

Add oil to the pan, heat the oil, and stir-fry the onions. The onions are fragrant and the carrots are added. Stir the potatoes for a while.

Then add water, boil on high heat and turn to medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Be careful not to boil the water to dryness. After 10 minutes, add 2 curry cubes and stir fry continuously, otherwise it will stick to the pan. Turn it out evenly and take it out of the pan.

Pour the curry potatoes on the rice and you're done.
