Curry Pasta

Ingredients (3-4 servings): 300 grams of chicken breasts, 250 grams of onions, 300 grams of potatoes, 150 grams of carrots, 25 grams of green beans. 70 grams of block curry seasoning.

600 grams of spaghetti and 30 grams of broccoli.

Wash carrots, peel potatoes, peel off onions, wash chicken breasts, and cut all into small cubes about 1 cm square.

Ready to break the curry seasoning block

Preheat the pot and add cooking oil. Add the chicken breasts in the oil and stir fry evenly.

Pour diced carrots and stir-fry evenly, then add potatoes, onions, and green beans in turn and stir-fry evenly.

Stir-fry for about eight matures, add 600ml of water, boil if there is any foam, please skim it.

Bring to a boil over high heat, simmer for about 10 minutes on medium and low heat, and reduce the soup to about 2/3. Stop the fire and add the curry cubes.

Stir well and melt the seasoning block completely.

Bring to a simmer and simmer for about 5 minutes until the curry becomes a paste. Stop the fire.

The fresh spaghetti I bought was cut into pieces of about 20 cm.

Take another section of carrot and cut into slices. Click on the slices to make the flowers more beautiful. Wash the broccoli and pick them into small flowers.

Bring the water to a boil, first add the carrot slices and broccoli to a boil.

Remove the drained water and put it in a small bowl for later use.

In addition, prepare a pot of warm water, add a fork of salt and 1 teaspoon of salad oil, remove the noodles and pass the water. You can also drain the water and wipe the salad oil.
