Curry Pork Ribs and Potatoes

Cut the ribs into pieces and wash.

Prepare curry cubes, other brands of curry cubes can be used, it tastes better than curry powder.
3.
Cut the pepper into diamond-shaped pieces.

Cut potatoes into pieces and ginger into strips.
5.
Heat oil in a pot and add ginger strips.

Pour in the ribs and fry until the surface is cooked.

Pour in the potatoes, stir fry and add water.

The curry cubes are shown in the picture.

Boil half of the curry cubes.

Add pepper and salt. The potato itself has starch and does not need to be thickened. Add more water, the juice can be eaten with bibimbap, it can be fragrant.
