Curry Pork Ribs Rice

Roll the ribs in a pot under cold water twice, and fish them into the boiling water.

Wash and remove for later use.

Minced ginger, garlic slices, two dried red peppers, and some sesame peppers.

Heat an appropriate amount of peanut oil, add ginger, garlic and pepper to fry until fragrant.

Add the ribs and stir-fry evenly, pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water, and simmer for 25 minutes on medium-low heat.

Prepare the ingredients when braising the ribs.

Cut potatoes into pieces with a hob.

Cut the onion into large slices.

Cut the red pepper into large slices.

Cut the carrot into pieces with a hob.

When the ribs have been simmered for 25 minutes, add two pieces of curry. Let it simmer for five minutes.

Then add potatoes, carrots, onions and red peppers and simmer for ten minutes on medium-low heat.

Add two pieces of curry and some green peppers.

Simmer for another five minutes. Be careful that the soup sticks to the pot.

Turn off the heat until the soup is thick.
