Ingredients

Curry Potato Rice

1. Group photo with ingredients.

2. Cut potatoes and carrots into pieces of the same size, cut green onions into sections, and cut green peppers into pieces.

3. Add oil to the pan, add the spring onions and fry until fragrant.

4. Add the potato pieces and carrot pieces and stir fry for a few minutes.

5. Add water to submerge the ingredients, cover and simmer until the potatoes become soft.

6. Add the green pepper cubes and stir fry for a while, then add the curry cubes to melt.

7. Stir-fry evenly, so that each piece of ingredient is covered with curry paste.

8. Put a small bowl with rice and press it upside down on the plate.

Tips:

All the flavors are already in the curry cubes, so there is no need to add any seasoning.
