Curry Potato Rice

1. Ingredients: Germ rice, chicken thighs, bones removed, cut into pieces, potatoes, cut into pieces, green onion and ginger, add appropriate amount of water to make a juice into green onion and ginger curry cubes

2. When the pot is hot, pour in the right amount of vegetable oil

3. Pour the chicken thighs and stir fry

4. Pour in cooking wine and stir fry

5. Pour the green onion ginger juice

6. Add soy sauce and stir fry

7. Add the right amount of water to cook the chicken

8. After the pot is boiled, add potatoes and continue cooking

9. Add half of the remaining water to the soup and add the curry cubes and cook a little

10. Just when the soup is thick

11. Put the cooked curry potatoes into the germ rice
