Curry Potato Shreds

Peel and shred potatoes, and cut potato shreds evenly and slenderly;

Peel garlic and cut into small pieces;
3.
Add proper amount of oil to the pot, add garlic to sauté when the oil is hot;
4.
Stir-fry on high heat until shredded potatoes are 7 minutes cooked;
5.
Break the curry cubes into small pieces, divide them into the pot, change the heat to low, until the curry cubes slowly melt;
6.
After the curry cubes have melted, the potatoes are just cooked and sprinkled with chopped green onions.
Tips:
1. When choosing potatoes, it is best to choose larger potatoes, so that the cut potato shreds will look good;
2. Curry cubes tend to stick to the pot, so change the heat to a low heat, otherwise it will burn easily.
