Curry Potatoes Carrot Beef

Wash potatoes, carrots, onions and cut into small pieces for later use.

Cut the beef into small pieces.

Put the beef cubes in the pot and blanch them with water.

Blanch it for a few minutes to remove the foam, and then remove the beef cubes.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan to heat, go down the beef cubes and stir fry, then add potatoes, carrots and onions to stir fry.

Add an appropriate amount of water, the final ingredients are appropriate, and add curry. (If the wok is big enough, just use the wok directly. My wok is a bit small, so I will change the wok at this step)

Then add 100 ml of light coconut milk.

Bring to a low heat and simmer for half an hour.

Serve out the plate.
Tips:
The oil, salt, sauce and vinegar are useless, only curry is used, which is delicious. Curry is a compound seasoning with a comprehensive taste and extremely delicious flavor. Of course, if you feel that the saltiness is not enough, you can add some salt as appropriate.
