It’s been a long time since I made meat and meat dishes. Today I bought two ribs and two potatoes. There is still half a carrot left at home. Isn’t this the material for curry ribs? Do it when you get home.

Tips:

The ribs should be blanched in water to remove the floating powder. Then pour the fried spices into the ribs and start simmering for 30 minutes. After that, add potatoes and curry paste coconut milk.
