Curry Rice

Wash the carrots and potatoes, peel them and cut into small pieces. 1/3 of my potatoes are cut super small, so that they can be melted in the curry.

Cut the beef tenderloin into small pieces you want

Pour an appropriate amount of olive oil into the pot, add potatoes and carrot diced, stir fry over medium heat, add 100 ml of water, cover the pot and cook on low heat for two minutes

When the water dries up, add beef cubes and stir fry

Add 200ml of water and curry cubes, cook on low heat for 10 minutes until the curry sauce thickens, add a small amount of salt to taste when starting the pan; then add pork belly and stir fry until the color changes
