Curry Rice

Wash carrots, mushrooms, onions, potatoes (peeled)

Cut all the ingredients into cubes, slice the mushrooms and serve

Pour into a 30g oil-heated pan, then stir-fry potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and onions together in the pan, then add 300ml of water, boil, and cook for ten minutes at medium heat.

Turn off the heat, take out the curry cubes and put them in as appropriate (a total of six small pieces, I put four pieces), wait until the curry is completely dissolved, then turn on the fire, cook for five minutes on low heat, remember to stir it to avoid sticking the pan.

Just pour the cooked curry on the rice.
Tips:
It feels easier. Just buy the curry cubes directly. The key is to pay attention to the heat. It is not good if it is too thin or too thick.
