Curry Rice
1.
Carrots, onions, potatoes, green peppers, diced and set aside. I didn’t buy chicken so I used luncheon meat instead
2.
I use the curry cubes sold in the supermarket
3.
Stir-fry in the pan. I fry the potatoes and carrots first because they are not easy to cook. I don’t need to add salt because the curry cubes I put in the end have salt in it. If you think it’s not salty, you can add salt at the end.
4.
The green peppers are fried for a long time and the vitamins are lost, so they are fried at the end.
5.
Add water to the pot and pour the carrots and potatoes that were fried just now. When you feel the potato noodles, pour the green peppers and onions that were later fried.
6.
Add the curry cubes to melt first on high heat, then collect the juice on low heat
7.
Let's eat~
Tips:
I put a piece of cheese in the end~ because I like the taste of cheese
