Curry Rice

Wash the potatoes, carrots, and spring onions that need to be used, prepare the cooked beef, cut into small cubes, and put them on a plate for later use. Put two pieces of curry in a plate.

Put peanut oil in the pot. When the oil is slightly hot, add a small spoonful of pepper powder, and stir-fry the cut potatoes, spring onions, carrots, and beef cubes in the pot.

Add the right amount of water, the water should not cover the ingredients in the pot. Cover the pot, cook until boiling, then simmer on low heat. When the potatoes and carrots are cooked, add the curry cubes.

In fact, raw meat can be used for meat. I always cook the meat, freeze it in pieces, and take one piece when I eat it just for convenience. I really feel that writing out what I cook every day is recording my daily life.
