Shrimp is often made in my family, but it is usually made of brine shrimp. This time I change the method and use curry to make it, and then add an appropriate amount of coconut milk to make the shrimp more delicious. The shrimp meat is delicious and elastic with a strong coconut fragrance.

Curry Shrimp

1. Wash the shrimp and drain the water

2. Heat up the frying pan, add the shrimp and stir fry

3. Put in rice wine

4. Add ginger and stir fry

5. Stir fry with salt
