Curry Shrimp

Rinse the shrimp and drain the water.

Apple flavor curry cubes.

Peel potatoes and cut into pieces with a hob, dice peppers into small cubes, wash broccoli with a knife, and shred onions for later use.

Heat a wok with a small amount of butter, first put 2 curry cubes and a small amount of onion, stir fry, add potatoes and shrimps, continue to stir fry, add appropriate amount of water, and fry until the potatoes are broken, then add another curry cube, put onions and broccoli, add seasonings. Can be served on a plate and sprinkled with crushed chili.
Tips:
The curry is added in two batches to make the curry taste richer.
