Curry Shrimp

Rinse the prawns with super hot water and cook to remove fishy.

Prepare 3 pieces of curry.

Peel potatoes, wash and cut into pieces, rinse broccoli and cut into small pieces, shred onion and pepper into small pieces.

Add proper amount of oil to the onion curry and sauté until fragrant.

Add potato cubes, red wine and appropriate amount of broth or water.

Cook the prawns until the potatoes are broken for about 3 minutes, add salt and oyster sauce, add broccoli and chili and stir-fry for a while.
Tips:
1 Shrimp should be watered to get rid of the fishy smell. Add a small amount of salt to the water and a small amount of pepper. 2 The curry cubes should be divided into two pieces. The first time is 2 pieces, when the potatoes and shrimp are cooked halfway, one piece is added to enhance the aroma of the curry.
