Curry Stew

Put a spoonful of oil in the pot (if you don’t have a small bottle of vegetable oil, use sesame oil instead), add salt to the eggs, mix thoroughly, pour in, and serve when cooked

Put two spoons of sesame oil (anti-sticking) in the pot, then put the rice

Dice the potatoes and wash them with assorted vegetables and beans, then place them on the rice, cover and stew the rice

Melt the curry powder with hot water, pour it into the rice and stir evenly, continue to simmer the rice

The rice is almost cooked, turn it over, add the scrambled eggs, stir well, try the taste by the way, add salt if it's weak

After the rice is cooked, sprinkle with chopped green onions, cover and simmer for a while and you can eat
Tips:
The electric skillet is anti-dry, so the rice is simmered with water heating
