Curry Tofu

After washing the tofu, cut into small cubes for later use

Put the pot on the fire, pour in water, add some salt and bring to a boil

Pour the tofu into the pot and blanch for 3 minutes

Dice the onion, cut the shallots into finely chopped green onions

After removing the tofu, drain the water and set aside

After the wok is heated, add butter and fry until fragrant, then add diced onion and stir fry

After the diced onion is fragrant, pour in curry powder and stir fry, then pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil

Add light coconut milk, stir well, and boil again

Add the tofu cubes and cook

After the soup is boiled, add some salt and chicken essence and mix evenly

Turn off the heat and start the pot
Tips:
1. Boil the tofu with salt water to set the shape so that the tofu is not fragile, and it can also remove the beany taste;
2. Curry has a salty taste, so put less salt.
