Curry Tofu

Wash the onions, green peppers, and red peppers and dice them, and cut the tofu into pieces (forgot to take photos of the tofu again)

Put oil in a hot pan, add onions when 70% hot, and stir fry for a fragrant flavor

Pour in tofu, stir fry, add 400ML water
4.
Add curry powder, salt and chicken essence to taste evenly

Bring to a boil, turn to medium heat and cook for 13-18 minutes
6.
Finally, add diced green and red peppers and bring to a boil
Tips:
1. Only when the onion is over-oiled can the fragrance appear;
2. Tofu is difficult to taste, so salt should be put first, and it should be boiled for a while.
