I love curry so much, especially the soup that is stewed until thick. I scoop a spoonful and eat it with rice, which is too good to be delicious.

Ingredients

Curry Tofu Stewed with Yam

1. Cut the tofu into small pieces.

2. Stir-fry chives and garlic, add appropriate amount of water.

3. Put light soy sauce, curry cubes, and tofu.

4. Put in the yam chunks that were fried in advance.

5. Simmer on low heat until the yam is soft and the tofu is delicious, then add the chopped green onions and turn off the heat.

6. Enjoy!

Tips:

The curry is very salty, so there is no need to add salt.
