Curry Vermicelli Soup

Slice the red sausage, soak the vermicelli in boiling water

Prepare chopped coriander, sliced ginger and thick soup

Pour water into the pot and add ginger slices

Add the thick soup, cover and bring to a boil

Add the fans and red sausage
