Custard

Put all the ingredients into the bread machine bucket to start the dough mixing program for 15 minutes

You can also use chopsticks to stir various ingredients into a lump shape, and then knead it fully into a smooth dough with your hands

Take out the dough and knead it into a round, cover and ferment to 1.5 times its size (

Take out the made dough and vent it thoroughly and knead it evenly

Then divide into small doses of about 30 grams each and make rounds

Then squeeze it into a round pie with the palm of your hand

Cover and let stand for 15 minutes at room temperature

Preheat the upper and lower plates of the electric baking pan, and put the cakes in the electric baking pan (the electric baking pan does not need to be oiled)

Cover with the lowest heat and cook slowly for 4-5 minutes, and both sides will be golden brown (remember to turn over halfway, be sure to low heat, otherwise the two sides will be battered if they are not cooked in the middle)
Tips:
1. Be sure to have a low heat, otherwise the unfamiliar sides will be battered in the middle. If there is no fire power adjustment function, you can turn off the power after coloring and use the remaining temperature to cook.
