Custard Butter Croutons

Put the main ingredients into the bread machine, knead to the expansion stage, and add butter.

Knead to the complete stage.

Cover and ferment to double the size.

After the dough is vented, put a layer of silicone oil paper underneath, press it into a square shape, wrap it in the refrigerator and freeze for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape and sprinkle with cranberries.

Fold up and down to the middle.

Fold left and right to the middle.

Roll it out.
9.
Cut into small pieces, put on a baking tray, cover and ferment until doubled.
10.
Brush the surface with a layer of whole egg liquid.
11.
Bake it in the oven at 190 degrees for 12 minutes.
12.
After baking, take it out and let cool.
Tips:
The baking time depends on the temperature of the individual oven. My 35-liter oven can make two dishes.
