Custard Custard

Knock the eggs into a bowl.
2.
Heat the bag of milk in the microwave for 30 seconds.
3.
Put a pinch of salt in the egg.
4.
Pour the milk into the egg liquid and stir well.
5.
Add medlar and raisins, and steam in a steamer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
6.
The creamy custard is ready.
