Custard Lightning Puffs

Tips:
Custard recipe: 250ml milk, 2 eggs, 35g sugar, 25g low-gluten flour.
Method: Stir the eggs until white, add the boiled milk, then mix well, sift in the flour and mix well, simmer in a low heat until viscous, add ice water to cool.
I made this puff with low sugar, not very sweet. Personally, I think it tastes just right and very delicious. If you like sweeter, you can add sugar.
