Custard Pumpkin Bean Paste

Pumpkin steamed and mashed into a puree

Stir the pumpkin puree, glutinous rice flour, milk powder, and sugar.

Wrap it into a ball, use a flower knife to lightly make a few strokes on the surface, make a twist, if you have time, you can make a green stem.

This one is made into a pancake, then put some salad oil on it and sprinkled with sesame seeds. Fried in a non-stick pan.
