Custard Vermicelli

Put the oil in the pan (a little more) and stir fry the vermicelli until the vermicelli becomes transparent and sticky.

Add soy sauce, sugar, and salt.

Boil a small amount of water for a while, beat in the egg directly, and keep stirring with the vermicelli until it is completely mixed.
4.
Add monosodium glutamate, stir well and you're done.
