Take the butter out of the refrigerator and cut into small particles to soften it for a while

Crack the eggs and mix them evenly with a manual whisk.

Put the butter in a bowl, mix it manually with an electric whisk, add some sugar and stir slightly, and beat at a medium speed.

Beat to feather outfit, add the remaining sugar, and continue to beat.

When the butter is like a cream, add the eggs several times, and quickly stir evenly each time until it is completely mixed with the butter.

Line the baking tray with baking paper and arrange the biscuits evenly on top. Put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. If you see the color of the biscuits turn yellow later, adjust it to 160 degrees or reduce the time.

Take out the baked biscuits, let them cool, and seal them in a jar or bag. It can be left for a month without breaking.
