Cute Little Cakes
1.
Rub the lemon with salt, and wipe out the yellow part of the lemon with a scrub board (the white part is not very bitter). Add fine sugar and stir evenly, cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for 1 hour to let its fragrance drift out!
2.
Add eggs to the lemon sugar and mix well with a hand mixer! Just stir here a little, and the eggs do not need to be beaten!
3.
Mix low-gluten flour and baking powder, sieve into the egg batter, stir evenly by hand
4.
Pour in the melted butter and mix well again!
5.
The stirred batter is delicate and smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for one hour!
6.
Put the batter into the piping bag!
7.
Squeeze the childrenβs fun mold in the school kitchen, 9 minutes full (I pretend to be a bit too much, and then it exploded, all of them have a big belly)
8.
Put it into the preheated oven, heat up to 185 degrees, lower the heat to 180 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes! Until the belly is bulging, use a toothpick to insert it and it is not sticky!
9.
Take the baked cake out of the mold and let cool
10.
Then decorate your eyes and mouth with melted chocolate, cute little cakes, and you're done! βοΈ
11.
Do you want one? π
Tips:
1. This amount is a bit too much to make a plate, it is too full, and the finished belly is too big! It is much better to do ten!
2. Adjust the oven temperature appropriately. This is a Madeleine formula. As long as the belly is bulging, use a toothpick to insert it and it will be cooked!
