I ferment the dough at one time. I knead the dough and shape it directly. Once the shape is finished, I put it in a steamer and put it in a cold water pot to wait for fermentation. Usually, the white steamed buns without a shape. The fermentation time is 30-40 minutes, because Malaysia is relatively hot. , So I wait for the fermentation in cold water~ I observe whether the fermentation is completed by the touch. When the time is up, it feels like the piece of meat under the palm of the thumb (pictured) when it relaxes. If it doesn’t Just wait another five minutes and observe again. (Anyway, your styling time is long, the fermentation time is short. The styling time is short, and the fermentation time is longer.) My gas stove has a relatively large heat, so I steamed on a medium and small fire for 18 minutes, and the time is 5 minutes after turning off the fire. Open the lid.
