Cuttlefish Pork Ribs Soup

Soak the dried cuttlefish in warm water for 1 hour.

Remove and wash, then soak in clean water for 5 minutes to remove cartilage and impurities, and cut into small pieces. Boil it in boiling water with cooking wine, remove and rinse, and drain the water for later use.

Wash the ribs and boil in a pot under cold water.

Remove and rinse off the foam with warm water.

Put the ribs and cuttlefish into the pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, and sprinkle some ginger slices.

Add a glass lid, after boiling, pour a little cooking wine to remove the fishy.

Cover the pressure cooker cover, cook on high heat until the red indicator bar on the cover rises, continue cooking, wait for steam to escape from the pressure limiting valve, turn to medium and low heat and cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Wait for the red indicator bar to drop and there is no pressure in the pot. Remove the lid and cook for 3 minutes on high heat. Season with appropriate amount of salt and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
