[da Xi Da] Curry Potato Chicken

1. The main ingredients needed.

2. Wash the chicken legs and cut into pieces, blanch them and rinse them with water.

3. Peel and wash potatoes, cut into hobs, cut onion, and slice ginger.

4. Heat the bottom of the pot, add a small amount of oil to heat, add ginger and chicken nuggets, and fry until slightly yellow.

5. Add the potato wedges and fry them slightly.

6. Pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water (appropriate to be about the same level as the actual material), add the onion chunks, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

7. Add Daxi Da curry paste and stir-fry well.

8. Add a little salt and simmer for another 10 minutes.

1. Potatoes are slightly fried and will not break easily when simmered.

2. The chicken skin is too oily, I have eliminated them all.
