After reading it online, the dakwaz I learned to make is a classic Japanese-style cookie. It doesn’t need to put flour at all. I think the taste is a bit similar to the classic macaron. It is served with egg whites and added. Almond flour fills and strengthens the tissue, and after baking, it has the sweetness and fluffy of meringue and the aroma of almonds!

Ingredients

1. Almond flour sifted

Tips:

This recipe is a bit too sweet. If you don’t like it, it’s better to reduce the amount of powdered sugar. I made 2 baking pans because the meringue is easy to defoam. So I bake 2 pans at the same time.
