Date Dried Milk Cake
1.
Take an appropriate amount of flour and gradually add milk to adjust to this consistency.
2.
Add the eggs and continue to stir. The batter should not be too thin. The milk cake steamed if it is too thin will be softer, and if it is too thick, it will be harder.
3.
Take a few red dates and wash them.
4.
Core out and cut into small pieces.
5.
Take a container, brush it with oil, and pour in the mixed batter. For the dish I used, the red dates are evenly sprinkled on the batter. Wrap the plate with plastic wrap to prevent water droplets from dripping on the batter during the steaming process, which will affect the appearance and taste.
6.
Steam on the pot for 25 minutes. Don't take it out after steaming. Take it out after 5 minutes of stuffiness to prevent the milk cake from shrinking when it encounters the air-conditioning.
7.
After the milk cake is cold, take it out and cut it into small pieces and eat it!
Tips:
Friends who like sweets can add sugar.
