1.
Wash the red dates and put two red dates in one zongzi

Wash the glutinous rice and soak in water for 5 hours to drain

A layer of rice and a layer of rock sugar and a date, and a layer of rice and a layer of rock sugar and a date

Cover all the rice and jujube and wrap it!

Put the wrapped zongzi into the pressure cooker, put water and the zongzi level, when the zongzi no longer bubbling, cover the lid of the pressure cooker and put it on the fire for one and a half hours, remove it and open it.
