Daxi Big Beef Noodles--chicken and Mixed Vegetable Soup

Prepare food

Wash the chicken legs and cut into small pieces. Marinate with salt, sugar and pepper for 20 minutes to taste.

Wash tomatoes and potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, and chicken nuggets and stir fry.

When the chicken nuggets turn color, add potatoes.

Add tomatoes and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add 1 large bowl of water, add cooking wine, boil on high heat for 3 minutes, and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.

Increase Xida beef noodles, freshly smoked, and cook for 5 minutes. (cook until the soup is thick)

Bring to a boil with salt, add chicken essence and coriander.
Tips:
1. This chicken and mixed vegetable soup is rich and delicious because of the addition of beef powder.
2. Potatoes should be cut smaller, which tends to simmer.
3. If you put too much water, you might as well simmer for a longer time.
