When I saw "Daxi Big Beef Noodles", I thought of using this to make mixed vegetable soup.
There is a chicken leg in the refrigerator with a potato and tomato. It must be simmered for a longer time and the flavor must be very strong!
Sure enough~~ When I brought this pot of soup, my husband asked; is it "borscht"?
Haha~~~ The taste will never lose "Borscht"! "
