Daylily Chowder Soup

Soak dried day lily with water, then squeeze the water, tear small pieces of Chinese cabbage by hand.

Beat the eggs, fry them into egg skins, and cut them into filaments.

Put oil and stock in the pot (you don't need to put water). After the water is boiled, add day lily and cabbage, adjust the salt, and finally sprinkle with egg shreds and green onions.

I usually don't put other seasonings in the soup, so I think the soup tastes delicious. Isn't it very simple! Good materials are really good~
