Daylily Roast Pork Bone

Ingredients: meat bones (washed and blanched)

Daylily (soaked and washed)
3.
Dried chili, aniseed, rock sugar

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the meat bones and stir fry.

Then, put the dried chili and aniseed, add some water, add some cooking wine and bring to a boil.

Then, join the day lily and flip it.

Finally, add some salt, light soy sauce, and rock sugar.

Season to a boil.

Cook until the soup is almost dry, and serve.
