Deep Fried Capelin

Wash the capelin fish and drain the water

Add salt, pepper, and cooking wine to marinate for 10 minutes

Dip the capelin fish one by one with starch
4.
Put it in the tray, don’t stack it together, separate it
5.
Add oil to the pan to heat up, and fry one by one until the final shape (you can fry in batches)
6.
Raise the temperature of the oil, add the spring fish and re-fry until golden, remove the oil, put it on the plate, and serve with salt and pepper.
Tips:
Choose capelin with seeds without opening.
