Deep Fried Spring Fish

Remove the gills and intestines of the capelin fish and wash it. You don’t need to open your belly, you can pull out the intestines when you remove the gills.

Marinated fish with white wine + salt and ginger for 30 minutes\n

Pour the marinated water into the marinated capelin, pour in an appropriate amount of flour, wipe dry the capelin, and roll the flour evenly

Put oil in the pan. When the oil is 60% hot, add the spring fish and fry until it is cooked. Turn it over and fry the other side until it is golden brown and the skin is crispy.

Serve on a plate, sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve
