The fat content of Dachunyu is low, so it is not delicious when stewed. It is mostly used for deep-frying or pan-frying. If you want to stew and be delicious, you need to add fatty fish. I added hairtail and sea hare. Its umami flavor makes the spring fish very delicious!

Home Stewed Capelin

1. Cut the shiitake mushrooms into pieces and blanch them with water.

2. Prepare ingredients.

3. Put the oil in the hot pan and put the seafood in it.

4. Add ginger and garlic.

5. Add cooking wine, vinegar and soy sauce in sequence.

6. Add shiitake mushrooms, then add appropriate amount of water.

7. Stew until the soup thickens, add a little salt and then put it into the plate, put some carrots and green onion.

Tips:

Stew it more for a better taste.
