Delicious and Beautiful Braised Chicken Feet

Prepare the ingredients, wash the chicken feet and cut off your nails, slice ginger, cut green onions, and various spices (one star anise and a small piece of cinnamon are missing from the picture)

Put water in the pot, a few slices of ginger, white vinegar, rice wine about 10ML, add chicken feet to blanch water

After the high heat water is boiled, continue to blanch the water for about one minute, pour the chicken feet into cold water and wash, and drain the water

Heat the pan and pour the cooking oil

Immediately pour the green onions, ginger, garlic, Chinese pepper, red pepper, and bay leaves (the spices must be placed in order) and stir-fry on low heat until the aroma comes out.

Pour the chicken feet, stir fry for about 2 minutes, pour in all the other spices and stir well (about 1 minute)

Add the remaining rice wine, sugar, light soy sauce and stir-fry until the chicken feet are all colored, then add boiling water (to flatten the chicken feet)

Bring to a boil on high heat for about 2 minutes, turn to medium-low heat, cover and simmer until the juice is rich (about 20 minutes), add salt, and collect the juice on high heat

Wrap the roots of the chicken feet with tin foil and put them on the plate (you don’t have to worry about getting your hands dirty while watching TV or playing on the computer)

Tips:
Adding white vinegar to chicken feet in the blanching water can easily boil and remove fishy.
I prepared the sachet by myself. The ingredients are 1 star anise, 1 small slice of cinnamon, 3 small slices of tangerine peel (thin strips, as in the photo), 2 cloves (not too much, too much flavor is too strong), and about 20 peppers. 4 pieces of bay leaves, 1 piece of licorice, 3 pieces of Baikou, 10 pieces of white pepper, about 30 pieces of cumin, 1 piece of Angelica dahurica
The taste of this chicken feet is salty, fragrant, slightly sweet, slightly spicy, and the aftertaste is a bit numb. I match the seasoning by myself. If you like spicy food, you can add more chili, and other seasonings can also be changed according to taste.
